Login to the system if you want to do any bulk upload of boreholes in the database. If you don’t have credentials please contact your HQ WASH focal point.
Borehole bulk upload (for new boreholes or modification of existing boreholes) is possible through two alternative options.
You can either use the Excel template provided for such task (recommended for first time users) or, if you are already familiar with the Borehole Data Model, work directly on a country CSV export.
Bulk upload tool does NOT delete any borehole. Any borehole not referred in the bulk upload file will remain untouched in the database.
Please be aware that this tool can make massive changes in the data base, use it carefully.
If you just want to add boreholes, you can start filling the columns.
If you want to upload existing borehole and there are existing boreholes for your country in the Borehole DB, export the corresponding CSV file through the "Download borehole data" tab and copy-paste the boreholes you need to update to the "Boreholes" tab of the template file.
The columns should match, but it does not hurt to double check that they have been correctly placed.

This map was developped for the WASH section of the UNHCR by CartONG.
It displays the boreholes assessed by the WASH focal points in the different sites. The data is stored as a layer in the UNHCR Database and can be displayed and edited through an online form using the REST services of ArcGIS Server.

The option to disable clustering is not available at this moment, sorry for the inconvenience.
Clustering aggregates all the boreholes located in the same area into a point to avoid displaying too many point on the map. You can disable it at any moment, especially when zooming on a site to make sure that all boreholes are displayed as single points.
